I need a pivot table to show me (for example in Div1)
For product ID 12345, widget 1, there were 6 cancellations on 10/3 and product ID 12345, widget 1 there were 7 cancellations on 10/5
For product ID 54321, widget 2, there were 4 cancellations on 10/7
Etc. Then I need a grand total of the number of units per division.
I hope I'm explaining this clearly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Both are what I need, but I need the Product Name next to the Product ID. The Product Name is so long, it makes the pivot table very confusing.
