I have a pivot table setup that has 1 value in rows and 6 in Columns. In the data there are 124319 unique items in the field used for rows. In the pivot table it is only displaying 49484 of them. Any idea why this might be?

Other info that might be useful:

This pivot table refers to the dataset by a named range.
It uses the data model in an effort to get distinct count in one of the columns.(I fear this may be part of my issue as this was the newest edition and it worked prior)
