[SOLVED] Specific Pivot table query help!

I am trying to get a Pivot table out of some data but I am being asked for something I just can't seem to grasp. I have 5000 rows of data, 3 headings: Company, SIM number and Data Used. Actually I have two sheets of data, one has the SIM number and Company, one has the SIM number and Data used. I need a Pivot Table that will show the Company, the average SIM data usage and for the average to be in descending order. I can botch it by ordering the SIM numbers in both sheets and copying either the Company info or the data info into the other sheet, so I end up with the three columns of information in one sheet. Am I missing something though? Could I have linked the 2 sheets? Even when I copy the information over, I am still using a workaround. I'm creating a copy of the data, putting sub-total counts in one, then putting the totals next to the appropriate company that I can add to the Pivot data, but am I missing something that could give me the data in one leap? Please help if you can ... thanks I
