Adding new Sheet added to workbook to exisiting Chart

Hi,

I have created an Excel Workbook with macros that will duplicate an existing sheet, as seen in both the "Ph 1 & Ph 2" AND "Ph 3 & Ph 4" tabs. However, I want to update the % Qualification scores into an existing chart. How do I update a chart to reference data from new sheets added?

I have attached the Excel sheet for reference.
