    That's exactly what I meant. It will be easier to have the data grouped like this. And, I would not expect that repeating x values will create any issues.

    After importing the data into Excel, select the D1 x and y values and insert a scatter chart. Then, go into the Select Data dialog and add additional series for each of the other data sets.
