How to move endpoint in a graph

Hello all. An associate of mine brought an interesting problem to me. We have five regions with 5 distinct budget amounts. We are using line graphs to track sales by branch throughout the month. On the secondary axis we have the monthly budget for all 5 branches. We color coded each line and corresponding budget the same color. Problem: All line charts stop in the middle of the budget field. We want to extend/shorten the lines so they stop in the middle of the appropriate bar graph color.

Does this make sense? Is it possible?
