Grouping of one pivot affecting the grouping and formatting of other pivots from Same data

Did you manage to resolve the issue?

Yes, All you have to do is to create pivot tables through Pivot wizard instead of using insert pivot tables. But still you have to untick "Autofit column widhs on update"
