Trying to add a date format to product value field based on column label -task description

Hi

I attach my pivot table with the raw data in another tab. I need to be able to view the date due for the two task descriptions as per my pivot, however when there are more than 1 line of data for the row, it is trying to do a sub tot to the value, as its date it cannot cope with this #########'s are reported. Is there a solution for this as this layout would meet my needs perfectly if I could stop the pivot from gathering the data to one row - I am happy to have lots of rows so long as the dates pull through in the columns

Hi

Ok so you can view the data without it grouping but the important thing is to have the due date in and due date out as the column fields. It appears you have all items in the row labels when I need task description in the column label with the dates separated out into two columns instead of the one. So it needs to visually match my layout but not group any of the rows and so report all due dates - where one client has several due dates for the same task description it is currently grouping and need to know how to stop this from happening so as I can successfully report the date.

This can be done by adding a helper column, please see the attached file.

If you see the 'Main Data' sheet, I have added a Sr.No column at the beginning & I have included that in the Pivot Table 'Rows' field. This separates the duplicates & ensure that "Leanne Abc 1 ltd" reflects twice.
