Hi,

I have created a pivot table to sum invoice items and AR balances. I then inserted a running total field to get a cumulative total of the AR balance by month. I am trying to calculate the AR Ratio and need to now insert a field that will divide the Cumulative balance by the invoice items. I have tried to insert a calculated field, but it does not provide the newly created Cumulative field as an option - only the Item balance from with the cumulative balance is derived. Can anyone please help?!Pivot.png
