For some reason that the pictures cannot show, Excel is using a range of 0 to 110 for the min and max values on the vertical axis. The solution would be to change something (manually format the axis and change the limits is the first thing that comes to mind) so that the vertical axis extends from 0 to 5 or some other reasonable value(s).

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

The picture of your chart suggests that the values add up to something on the order of 1 or 2. If they should add up to 100, then I would suggest that you need to look at the spreadsheet data and debug why they aren't adding up to something like 100.I need the Vertical axis to have a maximun of 110. All other values should equal 100.
If the selected cells are all in the chart, as stacked column, then the stacks should total > 200.
Have you formatted some of the series to have no fill?
And are all the values actual numeric? If they are being treated as text then in the chart they will be zero

Thanks everyone! To fix this issue I changed the style of chart form 100% Stacked Column to Stacked Column. Once I changed it the columns popped up their correct places. Thank you again for your help!
