Dear experts,
I am using Excel 2010 German Version. for a given column i would like to change any "0.123" number to "0,123". I don't want to do Ctrl+H while in my document there are also dates like "01.01.2014" which will effect every thing. I just want it in a specific data column.

Are there dates is the specific column? If not if you select the column Find/Replace will be limited to selected range
and if they are, just select the range you want to change.

have you tried changing your regional settings in control panel to English uk
then text to columns just click finish
then change back to german
