Calculating No of Hours within a Month from Pivot

Hi, I was looking for a bit of help in regards to working out hours worked for a month based on the number of jobs an agent has completed.
I have the raw data within Sheet1 but the problem I am having is trying to sum the correct number of hours as the column for Hours has the number repeated based on each week hence the sum I am getting is incorrect.

On Sheet 4 I have a pivot table which shows the number of jobs completed which I then need to divide by the number of hours which should be 148. If somebody could please advise how i could show the correct set of hours.

Would really appreciate it, as then I can apply the same logic to a weeks set of data.

The current sample file only shows 1 month but I will have 12 months worth of data and really need some help/advice.

    Thanks in advance.
