Remove gaps for missing values in column chart

I have searched the forum for help to remove gaps for missing values in my column chart. I have tried to adjust series overlap and gap width, but the missing values are still showing as gaps. Any idea on how to solve this issue? I have attached the sheet and would appreciate if anyone would have time to have a quick look at it.
