Is it possible to create a summary tab from excel data?

I have a very large table that I want to be able to summarize neatly and columns that have zeros for a specific person, so its easier to input data later. I've attached a file of what data I have. Sorry that I'm terrible at explaining lol! Hopefully you get what I mean by my data file. Thank you
