Hi,
I need to create a bar graph to chart if certain vendors are early, on time, or late. In column D of my spreadsheet, I have a drop down box to pick a vendor. In column M, it says either early, on time, or late. I need the x-axis to be the different vendors and I need the bar graph to chart how many times the vendor is early, on time, and late. I need this to update as I keep adding orders to the list. Any suggestions?

Could you post some sample data in a workbook?

Have a look at the "Graph" worksheet added to the attached.
A small table works out how many of the three outcomes each vendor has and the graph is plotted against that.
It will just continue to update as you add more data.
