Access Scheduling Tool

Hi all,

I am looking for a scheduling solution in MS Access. In principle, the solution is to track a task through a series of workstations.

At each workstation the task will require a predetermined unti of time to complete, dependant on task.
There are multiple variety of tasks, each with a mulitple variety of time to complete at any given work station.
It will also track bill of materials at each work station, and labour used at each work station.
It will need a gantt chart and a way to easily move tasks around in addition to various reports.

There are more requirements but i'm just fielding this base set of requirements right now to see if anybody would know of such a solution? This may be freeware or a commercial solution, which may be further developed as required.

Could anybody point me in the right direction please.
