How to get multiple criteria in query?

I have a query where I would like to pull criteria from another table or form... I can get it to work when using a form but if the form has more than one record it only uses the 1st one.

Not sure if there is a way to use multiple criteria from another table or form... I can't use that table to run a query. I've tried...

You will need to be more specific in your request. Perhaps if you loaded your db with dummy data so that we can see exactly what you are trying to accomplish. I cannot re-create your issue without more information and the easiest way is for you to provide the data in tables. It would also help if you provide your SQL statement and explain which fields you are trying to extract based upon what criteria.

What type of query are you trying to run; Select, Update, Append... ? This does create a difference in how to create the query. Is the criteria in the second table formatted the same as the original? If so, did you try creating a query where the two tables are joined by the field where the criteria is applied?
