Can Access help identify changes in records?

Hello, I have a table that stores monthly information. I have records for end of month Jan-July. What I would like to do is identify if two specific fields had any changes.

I don't know how or if this could be done though.

In the attached I should be notified that John Doe had the address changed in June & phone number in July.
