I'm a bit new to Access so please forgive me for my nubbery.
I'm creating a new DB in Access and made a form. I would like to have this form be a method of inputting data into the database, but I'm not certain how to accomplish it.
Ideally the way I would like this to work is other people fill out the form - send it in - add it to the database, and then as needed their inputs can be referenced and modified as needed.
Any help is much appreciated.
Normally you would just make the table with your data the record source of the form.
Then you can add/amend/delete/navigate the records in the table.

What is the purpose of the form then? Just a different display of individual records?
No the purpose of a form in Access is for data entry, data editing, data display etc.
Then how can I use the form as a data entry method?

To enter data in a table via a form open the related form and start typing.
