Data doesn't show in Print Preview for Access 2010

    Hello,

I created a report using Access 2010. When I view it in "Report View" everything shows as expected. However, when I select "Print Preview" some of the data are lost and when I print the report it is showing the same as Print Preview. I've also set the "Can Grow & Can Shrink" propertities as Yes but no luck! I've attached the screen shot below to show what it looks like in Report View & Print Preview. Thanks for your help!

FYI, I changed the text format from Plain Text to Rich Text to keep the bullets formatting that I imported from SharePoint. I noticed when I set it to Plain Text all the data showed up in Print Preview; however, all the bullets disappeared and the report showed all the formatting codes (i.e. <div>, </p>, </font>), which is not how I want to see on my report. Hope this is helpful! Thanks
