Goods in delivery schedule

Hi,

I am looking to create a goods in booking tool, where we book & log deliveries that suppliers have called up with and we can provide a unique booking reference. I would love to do this is access, however my skills in that are close to zero. I have tried search other threads but have not found anything - can someone point me in the right direction?
