query values like 0.0.0.0

I'm trying to create a simple query. I just want to select all records with a certain number. The problem is that the number format is like 6.11.10.0 and I just keep getting errors

I can't change the number format.

Is there any way I can do this?

In your table holding the data, what is the format for the field in question. I doubt that it is a number. If it is, what does it say in the properties, Integer? Long? Double? or is it formatted as something else? Text, etc?
