Hi Experts, Need your help.

I'm currently on ms-office 2010 enterprise version and I'm trying build an ms-access work tracker for my office daily use.

I was able to complete all the remaining stuff, but stuck up with something which I could not take it forward due to lack of expertise.

Now I will explain my requirement, would be great if anyone can help me on this.

Requirement:

My Query has 10 columns(headers). Out of those 10, 3 (orderID, CustomerName, ProcessedDate) are mandatory fields where user has to update before signoff the request from his queue.

Currently, once the user input the field/header("Status") as "Completed", entire record will move out of his queue once he refresh the query, without even validating those 3 mandatory fields are updated.

I'm in need of a macro now. Upon refresh, macro should restrict the user to save record by a popup error message(dialogue box) saying "Mandatory fields are not updated", if any of 3 fields are left blank/ not updated.
