I downloaded MySQL for Excel addon, now I wanna connect MySQL from excel, I'm using Cpanel Hosting, but I don't know what info should I use to connect.
Connection name = ?
Hostname = ?
Port = ?
Username = ?
Password = ?
Default scheme = ?
Please help
I haven't used MySQL too much but, generally -
Connection name = Name Of The Connection
Hostname = Server Name
Port = If its on a local machine, it should be 3306 (Not Sure)
Username = Username
Password = Password For the Username
Default scheme = Database

You're asking how to get the connection string / properties for a hosted database, this is the same whether you're connecting through excel, php, .net etc the video I posted tells you how to get all that
