Prevent Input Box when Navigation form loads

Hi all,
I have a navigation form and a regular continious form. There are two unbound boxes for date entries on the continious form used for applying a date range.. When I click the link for the continious for from the navigation form, two input boxes come up to enter the date range. Is it possible to prevent the input boxes and allow the page to load? I tried no/yes on SetWarnings but that did'nt work.
