    Selected item in first listbox.

Is it possible to reflect or populate the value base on the selected item in the listbox?

Lets say, I will like to select second item in the listbox all these textboxes will reflect 2. textboxes will reflect according to the item selected. Same goes to the next example, I will to select fifth item all the textboxes will reflect 5.

All datas are to be pulled out from database
    Can this be done ?

This is the fields and table(dummy) look like.

    Before
select second item and the rest of the textboxes will reflect 2 item in the textbox.

    After
select fifth item and the rest of the textboxes will reflect 5 item in the textbox.
