how to add a userform to website

hi guys need help here
what im trying to do is add a search bar to a webpage that will look at spreadsheet and the show data relating to search?

what i want is that ive got a list of Karaoke songs on a spreadsheet and i want to put a userform which searches for artists and the shows song titles and disk info, at the moment i can put the lot on the web page as a table ....any suggestions

If you've already got the songs Inca table on the website, have a look at datatables.net
