Access form embedded in another form

Hey I have a user that has created a form on top of another form or embedded it. Is there an easy fix to remove the form from the original? I would like to separate and have both usable. Any help is appreciated.

Deleting a SUB form from the Main Form will not affect the original form of the Sub form
