Hi Guys

I am very new to Access and using 2010.

I have imported a report from Excel into a table in Access. I have a column where I want the User to hit a drop down list and only want them to select Yes/NO and another column where I will have a list of employees names that they have to select, as I do not want them manually entering the information.

I have tried inserting the Yes/No checkbox, however it seems to populate the entire column with NO and when I try to change it to YES in a cell it shows Zero?

Can you please advise how I do this in a table?
