Help identifying Office version of old MDB file

I am trying to determine the office version of an old MDB file. According to a VBA code I found in Google, the MDB file is version 4.0.

What office version is that? I am trying to update this file, but would like to know how old is it.

There is a link out there that shows how to get the Jet version programmatically , but I found it and it disappeared. Sorry.
