Seperate column for +ve an - ve amount

Hi

I have the following code i am just trying to split the amounts between +ve and -ve amounts i am not sure how to do this below is the code ii have made

this currently outputs names and amounts in say column a and b - i am trying to split the amounts and have positive amounts in one col say b and -ve amounts in col c

Hi Diana

when i pasted the code into the sql query and tried to view in datasheet view it came up with a pop up box for AR Amount i just pressed enter to continue as i wasnt sure what to do, result hasnt split the amounts but i can see the columns ..

not sure why the sql isnt liking ar amount..

any thoughts

silly me.. i called the AR amount column Amount instead of AR Amount rectified it and wohooo
