running query on specific day and time

Hi there I'm barely beginning to use the query function in access. I've managed to open a query... but i would like to add to it.

I want to run it on saturdays only at 6:00pm. Not sure if possible.

A problem i might face if it is possible is that I have to enter my password and the last date of the previous month.

Like I said, not sure if its possible. Thanks.

You can set the Windows scheduler to open Access at that time. In addition, you can then set an autoexec macro within Access to run the query when opened. I have not had experience doing this, but have read about it. I will post back if I find further details on how to do this.

Look at this link for a starter
