running several calculations in microsoft access

    Hi,
I want to run several different vba codes like the one below on an excel file that has several million rows. The excel file is so large that I cannot open it. Is there a way to run this in microsoft access instead and then run the a similar vba code on microsoft access? does microsoft access allow calculations?

You can run queries in Access that will allow calculations. It is not as intuitive as Excel and has a steep learning curve. If you are interested in learning Access then here are three good reads.
