Select range and put in message box

I need to start at cell "T150" and go down column "T" until the first blank cell and select the text and have a pop up message come up with those results. The first blank cell has a formula in it. I dont want that included. Cell T150 has the value Status in it if that helps. Here is what I have but is pulling back all the cells with formulas in it.

The cells with values still have formulas in them. I think this is stoppoing at the first one because there is a formula in it. I am trying to pull back the range until the first blank cell (blank meaning it doesnt show data because the formula: =F153&" "&G153 is pulling pack nothing because there is no data in in F153 & G153. Thanks for your help

Thanks. Kaper & Jakobshavn those both pull back a huge message box because they are pull all the blank cells because they have formulas in them

That freezes me up. Im not sure if we are talking about the same thing. Attached is an example
