    Question VBA help needed to fill cell values (offset values) by matching various conditions

    Hi Folks,

    I have workbook with two sheets, first sheet is “Master_Data” which contains huge data and second sheet is a template “WP Torqlist” which need to fill some data from “Master_Data” sheet.
    I need macro to fill the red highlighted cells in template based on various conditions (Matching).

    I have attached the excel file of what I'm trying to accomplish.
