Copy, past, remove duplicates

Hello all,

I have a running sheet of data that we add data to through out the day, copy and pasting from a "cognos" file. I copy past from that file and have to remove duplicates as the cognos file has new and old data. So what I need is a macro that will copy from "cognos" then past in to the the sheet I am using, remove duplicates and be repeatable without altering the data that has already been copied.

forgot to add that in the cognos file it would be copign from A3, as far over and down as there is data. and pasting starting at A1 then at the bottom of the data after that.
