Macro to list data from a table and sort it alphabetically

Hi,

I need to create a macro (or if possible without a macro) to list data from a data table in an alphabetically list.

The data to be listed and sorted is in column E, and occurs on every 5th line;

i.e. :

Peter
[no data]
[no data]
[no data]
[no data]
Alan
[no data]
[no data]
[no data]
[no data]
Bryan
....


So, what i want is a list like this in column Z:

Alan
Bryan
Peter

(with no empty rows between)

Any suggestions?
