Am really struggling to get my head around this! Basically I have been charged with keeping on top of our HelpDesk stats at work. The program we have it pretty poor when it comes to outputting anything other than raw data. So armed with raw data I thought Excel would help graph everything and show trends etc.
So far so good.
This is going to be a weekly occurence. Rather then havingt to ammend every graph range each week to include the new stats I started getting excited about Dynamic Ranges to allow me to add a new column and have the chart update automatically.
The problem I am having is right at the start: creating the dynamic range to go across the page rather than down it. At present I have been ammending formulas found here (http://www.ozgrid.com/Excel/DynamicRanges.htm) but am having very little luck. Could someone possibly point me in the direction of a clearer explanation or indeed help me count across columns dynamically?
