gaps in pivot data source?

    gaps in pivot data source?

    Is it possible to have gaps in the pivot table source data?

    For example I need a pivot table to include the data from D3 to I210 but need to miss out rows 31, 61, 91, 121, 151 and 181.

    Can anyone help?

    Create an additional column that has a "yes" in the rows you want to include, and "" in the rows you want to exclude. Then filter the pivot table by that column, for only "yes" entries.

    Hi dean,

    See the attached. If you mean, "Can a pivot table's data span multiple tables?" the answer is yes. As in the attached. You can even have multiple tables, on multiple sheets roll into a single Pivot Table. See:
