The Commercial Services subforum is a one-stop location to get answers to all your questions, at a nominal cost.

3 Main roles in Commercial Services

1. Request Originator – The user who asks the question.
2. Request Solver – The user who solves the question.
3. Admins – The users who ensure the smooth functioning of the subforum and resolve any issues.

PROCESS FLOW

Steps to post a question –

• Buy points using Paypal / Credit card
• Assign a budget for your question
• Create a thread for the question just like the regular subforum with all details and required sample attachments.

Note: If the solver feels that the question warrants more points, they will inform you to increase the points for the question concerned. If you have insufficient points in your account, you can purchase more and add them to the thread.

Also, if you have already posted the question in the general (free) subforum and would like to move it to the paid forum, you need to private message a mod / admin or send an email to [email protected] to delete / close the thread in the free forum, so that you can re-post the same in the Commercial Services subforum.

Transfer points to the Request Solver

Once you have received the solution to your problem, click on the “Appreciate” button in any one of the Solver’s posts and the points which you allotted to the thread will be transferred to the Request Solver.

Time taken to solve a question

The time for a solution to be provided will of course vary with the complexity of the request, this might be within a day or it could be weeks for a complete turn-key solution. If you feel that an inordinate delay is taking place then send an email to the forum admin at [email protected]

Eligibility criteria to answer a question in this subforum

In order to answer questions in this subforum, you need to be either a Forum Admin, Forum Moderator or Forum Guru in Excelforum.

All Solvers will receive the points which have been assigned to the questions which they solve. Once you accumulate 100 points, you can redeem them. You will receive 75% of the $ value of the points redeemed.
