Good free tutorials on the WEB

I need to update myself in excel quickly - for a possible new job.

I can use vlookup, pivot tables etc pivot tables mainly in excel 2003 - - BUT would need to learn powerpivot and pivot tables in later versions

I also used VBA and forms , ODBC links to data bases in excel 97 - so also would like to get upto speed on VBA again - any good sites

any suggestions welcome and thanks for the time
