Help there has to be a better way to Cut and paste

I have a worksheet that the user inputs data into and the sheet performs calculations.

On the bottom of the sheet is a nice printable output version. Columns and row text are in Englis I want to create a new sheet with the same output only have the column and row text in spanish so I cut and paste the sheet to a new worksheet but all I get is #REF ?

Any ideas how to do this

I'm guessing that your output range, the range you're trying to copy contains formulae?

In which case do and Edit...Copy, but then when you paste it back to your new worksheet, use the Edit...PasteSpecial, and pick the Paste Values option.

The output sheet you are trying to copy has formulae and hence when you copy the same it will show REF! error.

If you want a similar sheet in spanish, you need to create a template like the output sheet in english (use paste special to copy the output template for values, formats and column widths in new sheet) then link each output cell to new output cell and rename the headings (row headings and columns headings in spanish)

this changes the output vales in both English and Spanish whenever you change input data.
