customer data entry system

I am trying to set up a basic customer data entry system for a class that I have. What i need it to do is on sheet 1 is have a place to enter someone’s name, address, phone and for there to be a button to submit. Then on a different sheet have all this information be logged and stored. Is there an easy way to do this or a template I could use?

Have a look at the attached file - it's a really simple address book system using userforms and dumping the contents of a completed userform into a worksheet. It's not very sophisticated, but it isn't intended to be, but it is simple and functional and the code driving it is commented.
