sorting Problem

I have data which includes USER, SCORE and DATE. These are fields resulting from people who have viewed an online lesson then completed the test. They may view the lesson as often as they like and take the test os often as they like. What I need is to only see the result of the first DATE where each USER took the test and received a SCORE. HELP!

I attached the file. As you can see there are also several different lessons a user may view. Does this complicate the issue?
