Hi,

Just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction?

I have created a job countdown spread sheet in excel for different companies I work for (it simply counts down the days to go before I have to do a job)

On the countdown cell on each sheet, I have stuck a conditional format on there, so that when it gets to 1 (days notice to plan!) it turns red so I notice it easily.

What I would like to do is create another page on the spread sheet that looks at all the sheets and any countdowns that have turned red; it will grab the details and stack them onto this blank sheet in rows.

This is probably an easy fix problem but thanks in advance anyway!

Hi all,

Just as an example I have put up a sheet for you to look at what I am trying to do.

I have 9 sheets the first one being the ‘URGENT jobs to be done one’

What I would like it to do (in the best of worlds!) is look at the countdown section in all the sheets, from builders onwards and every one that has a countdown value of 0 or a minus, it will take that line of information and place it in the ‘URGENT Jobs to be done’ page.

The only problem is I will need to add rows at the bottom of each page as jobs come in and also the countdown cells/rows that don’t have any inputted information, automatically display a figure of -38559 of which I obviously don’t want to be seen as an urgent job to be transferred onto the ‘URGENT Jobs to be done’ page!

Can anyone help?
