Another Stopwatch Question

Hello All

I have read several posts regarding using stopwatches in excel. I have a project that I am helping with that employs a countdown timer and numerous stopwatches.

My understanding that there is not any timer functions in excel so they need to be created in VB first. I have very limited experience with VB in access. I am not sure what I know/research with VB in access will work in excel.

Attached is the project. I know the current stopwatches that are there now are not working.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
