how to rank data and get their corresponding amount

I hope someone can help me on how rank data and get their total amount.

For Example

Jan FEB
A 20 A 30
B 30 B 50
C 40 C 30


Desired result
1 B 80
2 C 70
3 A 50

This will give RANKING when you have your totals

=RANK(C243,$C$243:$C$248)

I added the "Designer" code into the "Grand Total :" line (column A)

in C243

=SUMIFS(E:E,A:A,B243,D:D,"GRAND TOTAL :")
