    Repeated Question

    Hi Guys,

    I am new to excell and would welcome a solution to my problem. I posed this question before, but had no joy, so I am hoping today somone might be able to help.

    My Question: how would i be able to render a dynamic skills tree in the following format (see attachment)

    dependent drop down lists, when you select an item from a list the next list corresponds to that selection

    There would be quite a bit of work involved to make it look like how you want, but it is possible

    I can do the above PHP(web programming), but just wondering whether it can be done in excel with macros or VB.

    Thank you for the example, i see you placed hyperlinks, but how do i the link them? for example: if i click on My Document, then My Music folder shuold display, then i want to click on My Music folder and song1 displays:-

    -My Document
    -My Music
    song1

    Right click select hyperlink

    As far as expanding or collapsing, could Data Group and Outline fulfill your need ?

    After more research i actually found a online tutorial of doing this using treeview control.
