    Suggestions for VBA books

    Hi
Does anyone know any good books on VBA? I have books on VBA but they all seem to miss the point when it comes to major detail. I want something which explains the nitty gritties of VBA which would help me decipher how VBA recognises objects and as per my previous post, how a named range can be treaded and used in formulas as if it were an object etc. There are so many questions that VBA books don't answer so I assume there are books where someone can get a detailed understanding of VBA and why we would for exampel use qoutation marks when referring to a range etc. How is this tought at universities? There must be some detailed material on this subject. Thank you.

    Good morning danny2000

My personal book of choice is Excel 2003 Power Programming with VBA by John Walkenbach.

It comes with a CD containing the e-book, tons of examples, and you can get JW's PUPv6 add-in for free too. Bargain!!

Maybe. But what's the harm in reiterating a point?
Besides, he would only have discovered that if he'd followed the link that pointed to the link...
