Create a tick in a single excel cell with no box around it.

I want to be able to put a tick in a single cell. I want to click on the cell once and the tick appears, click again and it is gone. I do not want to use the check box in excel 2007 as it is too small and it has a box around it. Can anyone out there tell me how to do this. On the form I have attached I was able to do just that, I lost the saved sheet and only have a printed copy left.

Set the font for the range you want the checks to Webdings.
Right click on the Sheet's tab and choose view code.
    Paste the following:

Adjust the ranges to the range you want to affect.
You'll have to click off of the cell if you want to change the same cell you've just changed. For example - you mis-clicked E10 and wanted to return it to it's previous state. You'll have to click in a non check cell then back in E10.

    Hi

This code does pretty much the same as MDBCT except it is not font dependent

If the weight of the "tick" is a bit heavy change the value to 2713 for a lighter weight.

    Regards
